Research and education
New Fire Signal provides paid and free research, intelligence, and educational information. It is not investment, legal, tax, engineering, medical, or other professional advice. Nothing on the service is an offer, solicitation, endorsement, or guarantee of a technology, company, security, or future result.
Accuracy and evidence
We distinguish source types and evidence status, but public records and third-party sources may be incomplete, delayed, disputed, or incorrect. You are responsible for your own verification and decisions. Availability, accuracy, completeness, and future results are not guaranteed.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not share access outside your authorized subscription, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape or redistribute protected content at scale, or use the service unlawfully.
Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew through Stripe at the displayed billing interval until canceled. You may manage payment details or cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your Account page. Cancellation stops future renewal. When Stripe keeps the subscription active through its paid-through date, access normally continues through that date. Paid access requires a current active or trialing subscription.
Refunds
Initial purchases are eligible for a refund request within three calendar days. Requests are reviewed and, when approved, processed through Stripe under our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We do not promise immediate settlement by a card network.
Intellectual property
The service, its original editorial presentation, software, and protected research materials belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A subscription grants personal, limited, revocable access; it does not transfer ownership or permit republication except where law allows.
Service changes and availability
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. We will present material changes through an appropriate service notice. The service may occasionally be unavailable, and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, New Fire Signal and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by reliance on service content. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
