Information we handle
We process account information such as your email address, authentication and session data, subscription tier, billing status and Stripe customer or subscription identifiers. We may also receive support communications and limited service-usage or security information needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.
Payments
Stripe processes card and payment details. Raw card numbers and card-security codes do not enter New Fire Signal systems. We retain only the billing identifiers and subscription status needed to connect your Stripe subscription to your account.
Authentication, sessions, and cookies
Supabase supports account authentication and data services. Essential cookies and session data keep you signed in, enforce access controls, and protect the service. Disabling essential cookies may prevent authenticated features from working.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate you, provide entitled access, process and reconcile subscriptions, respond to support requests, maintain security, diagnose failures, and understand service use where operational telemetry is present. We do not use raw payment-card data because Stripe handles it directly.
Processors and disclosure
Service providers such as Stripe and Supabase process limited information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy commitments. Hosting and operational providers may process technical request data required to deliver the service. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet billing and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect security. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
